Manager, PPMD Development

The PPMD Development Manager will be responsible for managing strategic projects and hi-potential development programs designed to support our partners, principals, and managing directors (PPMD) in their journey as a leader across the different stages of the PPMD Lifecycle. As part of this role, the manager will act as a talent development advisor on effective and leading-edge learning and development strategies to achieve business goals for PPMD programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment.

Work you'll do:

  • Demonstrate expert capabilities in all project management competencies, including planning, executing, monitoring, and sustaining complex strategic projects.
  • Develop detailed project design plans, track progress against project timelines, identify dependencies across workstreams, and liaise with senior leaders and other stakeholders to accomplish project goals.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of leadership development strategies aligned to firm business objectives and aspirations and communicate the business case for change and transformation.
  • Collaborate with business/channel leaders in designing and executing development programs and processes informed by the PPMD development strategy.
  • Develop compelling, logically structured executive level presentations and deliverables for key leadership meetings (e.g., Talent Council, Executive Committee, etc.)
  • Design and develop high potential leadership development programs to include the oversight of program execution, marketing, communications, delivery, and program evaluation.
  • Leverage innovative approaches and emerging technologies to sustain learning and behavior change beyond the classroom experience. Conduct complex data analysis, synthesis, and interpretation, as well as provide data driven key insights and recommendations, where required, to help guide important business decisions.
  • Manage vendor relationships to include negotiations and providing tactical direction and guidance for program deliverables


Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar in business or related area
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience
  • Minimum 4 years of learning and development and / or leadership development experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  • Excel - effectively write and validate formulas and calculations, create tables and graphs, link information, create pivot tables, manage multiple sources of data, and ensure data accuracy
