Job Description

The Future Talent Program features Cooperative (Co-op) education that lasts up to 6 months and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Animal Health can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT:

  • Microsoft Teams: Post Training Resources on appropriate Teams Site. Maintain version control and share relevant information with the learning partners and operations team.

  • Regional SharePoint Content Support: Regular updates and maintenance of site including Stream videos, podcasts and learning content

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT:

  • Manage program interest lists based on prospective participants provided by Learning Partners.

  • Coordinate and confer with Learning Partners for the final list of participants generated from registrations, assigned facilitators and program schedules

  • Metrics: Provide metrics for program participant completion and program survey results to Operations Lead.

  • Support Communications Lead in communication strategy for learning programs and resources that raise awareness, build engagement, gain sponsorship, share stories and capture feedback.

LEARNING PROGRAM SUPPORT:

  • Ensure logistical requirements are prepared and coordinated for events (training resources digital/printed, technical requirements in partnership with Digital Lead)

  • Provide administrative support such as calendar and schedule management, meeting preparation and travel provision.

Position Qualifications:

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Candidate must be pursuing Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in Business, Marketing, Education, HR, Communications, Psychology or Learning and Development

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Candidates must have Microsoft Suite knowledge is critical- Teams, Share Point, Excel, Word and Power Point

  • Candidates must have organizational skills required

  • Candidates must have Share Point Site awareness or design skills a plus

  • Candidates must have any Video editing, web design or social media platforms extremely helpful

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Candidates should have previous internship experience helpful

  • Candidates should have communications courses/training a plus

  • Candidates should have Graphic Arts, Visual/Video creation a plus
