Use your Sharp Analytical Skills to help us support, compile and report key information! Create, enhance, and maintain rosters with accurate provider data. Evaluate, interpret and analyze data and business process and analyze/monitor new, routine and ad hoc reports. Provide support when compiling and reporting information and assume responsibility for data integrity among various internal groups and/or between internal and external sources. Support short term operational activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partners with other departments to ensure data loaded accurately and timely and maintained
  • Work closely with our CDO entities for any provider terms member moves
  • Support and assist with all other PCP/panel type projects
  • Assist with provider inquiries submitted via our mailbox
  • Assist with our CDO/shared services provider updates received bi-monthly
  • Expected to meet or exceed departmental timeframes and quality metrics on a consistent basis
  • Takes ownership of the work process, seeks ways to improve job and process efficiency and makes appropriate suggestions and solutions to management
  • Acts as a resource to other internal departments on contract issues for any CDO/shared services

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ year of experience in business/finance analysis collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and recommendations to management required
  • Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required. Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements.
