Responsibilities:

  • Understand key business process and workflows of Patient Scheduling and Apheresis Operations to be able to support and provide appropriate feedback for the development and enhancements of the Global Patient Scheduling System.

  • Leverage functional requirements, user stories, and procedures to write User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation Performance Qualification (PQ) scripts that align with the business key process flows.

  • Lead and coordinate UAT and PQ testing.

  • Draft and lead preparation of Risk Scenarios for Validation Risk Assessment to support implementation of system releases.

  • Assist in writing and updating Patient Operation’s Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to support implementation of system releases.

  • Assist the Patient Operations Instructional Designer in drafting and developing training materials to support implementation of GPS releases.

  • Support testing across multiple integrated systems as representative from the Global Patient Scheduling System perspective.

  • Submit, track, and report on any bug, functionality, or other issues that are discovered during UAT testing.

  • Partner closely with IT functional, development, and testing resources to receive feedback on these issues and close issues as they are resolved.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or technology.

  • Knowledge in Agile software development.

  • General understanding of validation steps for deploying releases to a GMP/GXP system including IQ, OQ, and PQ.

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Collaborative worker across different departments, regions, and functions

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a high pace and frequently shifting environment.

  • Expertise in writing and executing test scripts is preferred.
