During your internship, you will be doing meaningful work alongside extraordinarily talented and diverse people from around the globe, all committed to making a difference for patients and customers.<br>At the completion of the internship program the successful candidate may be offered a full-time role with Novartis in the Leadership Development Program which is designed to accelerate your career with Novartis to ultimately prepare you for greater Leadership Roles. <br>The Innovative Medicine Leadership Development Program for Undergraduates will include rotations within Integrated Marketing including Marketing Operations, Data, Insights & analytics, Customer Experience Planning, Marketing Technology or Marketing Strategy. Rotations may be also supplemented by additional assignments in other core functions, like sales if needs arise. During that time the candidate will gain in depth knowledge working on projects and a customer facing experience over a 2 – 3 year timeline. <br><br><br>Summer internship assignments are based on business needs, candidate interest and skills. Interns will be assigned to a position within Integrated Marketing where interns will work on a project that will impact the business and provide them with an overview of the healthcare industry. Assignment concludes with a final presentation with recommendations to senior leaders.
