Eatons Early Talent Operations Leadership Development Program is a three-year rotational program designed to expose you to a variety of enriching, diverse and cross functional learning experiences. Two assignments are in operations in the following areas: lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, product line management or engineering. One assignment is in a commercial role: technical support, product management, inside sales, product management. These experiences will provide you the building blocks necessary to launch you onto an exciting and engaging operations leadership career at Eaton.
