Are you ready?+ PositionOverview:The Operations for Engineers Leadership DevelopmentProgram is a three-year program that involves three assignmentsin an Eaton manufacturing facility that each last 12 months. In an effortto maximize your development, each assignment has the potential to haveyou placed in different facilities, different businesses, and/or differentfunctions during the length of your program. Your assignments will give youmultiple opportunities to hone your leadership skills. You will also havethe opportunity to interact with and present to Eaton leaders during yourassignments.After completion of the program, your experience and newly acquired skills could lead you in a variety of leadership career paths. These paths could include roles in Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Quality, Lean/Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, Front Line Supervision, or many others.QualificationsBasicQualifications (Including Educational Requirements):+ Currentlypossessor will have obtained a Bachelors degree in engineering witha major in electrical, mechanical, industrial, industrial & systems,engineering technology, engineering management, applied engineeringsciences, aerospace, aeronautical, or manufacturing from an accreditedinstitution, with a graduation date no later than August 2021+ Minimumof one internship or co-op experience completed at the time of thisapplication (please exclude research work)+ Minimumcumulative GPA of 2.80 or higher (please do not round)+ Mustbe legally authorized to work in the United States without CompanysponsorshipPreferredQualifications:+ Currentlyhave or will possess a Bachelors degree in engineering witha major in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or manufacturing+ 2-3years of prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing setting+ Demonstratedability to lead others within campus and/or community+ Ability tospeak a second languagePositionCriteria:+ Geographicallyflexible to relocate within the United States for the duration ofthe development program+ Transportationto and from the worksite and for incidental business travel is theresponsibility of the participant; however, expenses for required and approvedbusiness travel (not including the worksite) will be reimbursed.+ Thisrole may include travel (up to 25%) within a local region as determined by theassignment manager.We make what matters work.
