Are you ready?+ PositionOverview:The Operations for Engineers Leadership DevelopmentProgram is a three-year program that involves three assignmentsin an Eaton manufacturing facility that each last 12 months. In an effortto maximize your development, each assignment has the potential to haveyou placed in different facilities, different businesses, and/or differentfunctions during the length of your program. Your assignments will give youmultiple opportunities to hone your leadership skills. You will also havethe opportunity to interact with and present to Eaton leaders during yourassignments.After completion of the program, your experience and newly acquired skills could lead you in a variety of leadership career paths.
