The Senior Specialist, Business/Tech. Analysis position is responsible for providing Account Management support through business analysis activity for key initiatives in the Integrated Account Management (IAM) organization and vaccines analytics for our Company’s Global Human Health US Market. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on highly integrated teams defining the expectations for critical IT programs that enable our Company’s contracting, sales, and marketing strategies. The challenging, fast-paced, and visible initiatives deliver significant and measurable value to our Company. This role will be a key collaborative capability joining business subject matter expertise with IT enablement.

The key responsibilities of this role may include but are not limited to:

  • Provide business analysis domain support for the IAM domain and US Vaccines.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients across functional areas and prioritize client expectations.

  • Define business user stories for, and relative priority of, proposed IT investments as well as develop metrics, and track progress realization.

  • Direct large-scale IT initiatives through strong collaboration with business and vendor leaders.

  • Provide strategic expertise and thought leadership to the business clients and program delivery team.

  • Act as a credible change agent to align the client IT portfolio with the overall business strategy.

  • Manage the IT spend and strive to achieve synergies using a continuous improvement mind-set.

  • Act as a focal point for interactions and escalations with all other IT functions/platforms/services.

  • Contribute to the development of and drive execution of the global IT strategy.

  • Enable the One IT vision in alignment with the IT Client Service Leaders and Platform Leaders.

  • Manage IT backlog and support IT portfolio planning.

  • Share and leverage global best practices and utilization of capabilities with our Company's broader Human Health IT community.

  • Travel up to 5% of the time, mostly within the Americas region and IT hubs.

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years relevant technical experience in Information Technology role.

  • Demonstrated experience with Business Requirements Specifications, Business Case development, and workshop facilitation.

  • Excellent communication and relationship skills along with high personal integrity, credibility, and energy.

  • Results-orientation with the proven ability to execute on collaborative project plans.

  • Proven track record of analytical skills, problem solving and attention to detail.

  • Desire to develop extensive subject matter expertise in an enterprise-critical, challenging, and highly visible segment of our Company's US Market.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Prior experience working in support of pharmaceutical contracting, sales, or marketing.

  • Master’s or other advanced degree.

  • Green Belt or other Six Sigma Certification.

  • Experience with our Company's systems development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.

  • Agile Methodology.

  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
