What you’ll be doing...

The primary purpose of the role is to oversee the planning and execution of several verizon partners' Joint GTM (co-innovation) projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion. The role will be responsible for both the partner strategy and partner sales enablement activities. This is a new role, but we anticipate the need to manage 10+ projects at once.

  • Define and communicate objectives , critical milestones and timelines for each project

  • Identify and engage the correct resources to deliver the project outcomes.

  • Create clear and accurate project management plan and executive summary of all projects

  • Manage project schedule and work plan and identify any activities or projects at risk of success

  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives

  • Prepare and deliver presentations with impact to align working team and executive stakeholders

  • Manage multiple projects at once including attending status meetings, following-up with stakeholders and generating up to date reporting.

  • Collaborate across all levels and teams including strategy, product, sales, and marketing.

  • Model the Verizon Leadership Principles and create an outstanding growth culture for the team.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

A detailed oriented person with organizational and communication skills is foundational to the role. . This is primarily an internal and partner facing role, and as such you will require excellent relationship management skills and a proven track record in influencing stakeholders to meet timelines and delivery expectations.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience.
  • Experience managingprojects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the business model of System Integrators and Independent Software Vendors.
  • Experience in building decks/presentations for senior leadership
  • Excel, PowerPoint and Google Application experience.
  • Willingness to travel.

  • Advanced degree.
  • Demonstrated track record of project management success.
  • Ability to present to senior management
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
