Leidos has an opening for a Network Administrator for the DUF6 project in support of the United States nuclear security mission. This is an exciting opportunity to join a great team in support of a critical mission. Network Administrators provide assistance in day-to-day planning, installation, configuration, testing, operation, analysis and documentation of the entire network infrastructure. They provide network documentation and support as well as establishing and maintaining User accounts, User access privileges and security policies. The Network Administrator performs planning, installing, configuring, testing, operating, analyzing and documenting duties, as well as scheduled network status checks, troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Primary Responsibilities
Reports team status on outstanding projects to the IT Manager.
Manages outstanding duties assigned the Application Development group.
Management of security level permission within site applications.
Balances the capabilities that the SharePoint platform offers with how it can best be leveraged to most effectively satisfy the business objectives and requirements.
Supports other applications that are either custom applications or vendor supplied software.
Utilizes system analysis techniques and user consultations skills in the process of creating detailed specifications, testing, debugging, documenting and maintaining various software applications that are either custom or vendor supplied software.
Work closely with vendors on custom applications
Works with users and management to implement and support business application solutions using SharePoint or other software applications.
Can provide knowledge and leadership in the development of applications using tools such as SharePoint 2016, Coldfusion, SharePoint Designer, Nintex workflows and forms, Workflows, C# .Net, Visual Studio, HTML, and JavaScript.
Creates and maintains reports using tools such as SSRS Report Builder and Crystal Reports that access either Microsoft SQL or Oracle databases.
Provides day-to-day support for questions and issues with software applications to the various business units.
Manages all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Possesses strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with moderate attention-to-detail.
Administers advanced level written and verbal communication skills
Possesses intermediate PC skills to include Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat
Maintain application security protocols in line with business best practices
Conveys the ability to apply organizational practices, policies and procedures
Maintains the judgment and discretion to properly discern and safeguard highly-sensitive information and documents, including company-proprietary information, and classified or otherwise sensitive national security information
Basic Qualifications
Requires a BA degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience. 12-years experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Ability to manage multiple projects
Finance Technical Support background
Project management experience
Understanding of basic telecommunications and information technology terms and technology.
Strong verbal and written communications skills
US citizenship and eligible for a DOE L clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced database experience with Oracle and MS SQL
ITIL
Finance and accounting knowledge
PMP
