If you're ready to bring insights and experience in areas such as IoT, Blockchain and digital transformation, we are ready to offer you a best in class career development.Your Role and Responsibilities+ Working with SVP of Sales on forecasting and modeling of territories and quotas.+ Forecasting and pipeline management across respective team.+ Daily management of the Account Executive team.+ Assesses sales activities & forecasts to determine sales progress & required improvements.+ Recommends & implements improvements to achieve sales goals.+ Coach salespeople to develop their sales skills including market management, forecasting, prospecting, negotiations, & other necessary skills; while maintaining individual accountability to goals.+ Maintain/protect 7Summits core values by hiring culturally aligned team members & leading by example.+ Provides value in complex negotiations & the closing of new business, including appropriate use of Senior Sales & Corporate Executives to maximize results.+ Work with each AE to develop & implement sales plans to achieve sales quota.+ Communicates & prioritizes product & business needs from the field to appropriate corporate departments.+ Identifies & supports opportunities for the training & professional development of department personnel.+ Provides the sales team an effective sales executive to leverage in the sales cycle.+ Operates well in a fast paced, dynamic environment without requiring significant supervision.+ Representing 7Summits at events.+ Staying abreast of new product offerings from channel partners and incorporating into selling efforts.+ Develop excellent client relationships and maintain focus on exemplifying company values. Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts and account history within our CRM System, Salesforce.Required Technical and Professional Expertise+ 7-10 years' experience successfully selling solutions-based technology and service offerings.+ 3+ years in sales management+ 3+ years experience selling Salesforce solutions/products+ Ability to analyze, assess and address prospects needs in the enterprise accounts, while clearly establishing the value of our products and services.+ Demonstrated successful selling in a consultative/team environment and building new business within existing territory is essential.+ Highly motivated and enthusiastic with strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.+ Experience selling in a remote capacity, utilizing screen share/video technology such as WebEx to articulate the value proposition and solution offerings.+ Very proficient in PowerPoint for presentation development.Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseN/AAbout Business UnitIBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
