Work you'll do

  • Build and deepen relationships in the missile defense and space communities with a demonstrated successful track record of winning new business
  • Drive targeting efforts across the breadth of clients' business units and functions
  • Develop strategic and tactical plans to generate revenue
  • Build relationships with key executives to generate and develop ideas, pursue opportunities and close sales
  • Identify and influence key decision-makers at all levels within the client organizations
  • Play a leadership role in pursuits and an oversight role in the development of proposals
  • Utilize broad understanding of Deloitte's service offerings to identify and co-develop holistic, tailored solutions to address client needs

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years' experience with strong professional services sales management knowledge
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role - Secret
  • Business Development experience and background in the missile defense or space realm
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following areas: cybersecurity, IT transformation, digital engineering, and organizational/workforce transformation.

  • Master's degree
  • Active Secret clearance highly desired
  • Experience at either a relevant federal agency or a DOD contractor
