As part of our Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE) we are looking for a Associate Director - Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Supply Lead.

About the role:

The Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE) will drive standard business process, continuous improvement, analytics and manage the transition and stand-up of the new organization. The A.D. IBP Supply Lead reports to the IBP Lead and is responsible to collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain leaders and subject matter experts to design, deploy and ensure stakeholders realize value from a global IBP process.

The incumbent will focus on creating, aligning, executing and continuously improving IBP Strategy and building process discipline within and across stakeholders. The role is critical to delivering change through the transfer of capability by training and coaching the broader business planning community and leading the agenda, facilitation and execution of critical global processes steps and executive meetings.

Role responsibilities:

Strategy, Process Development and Sustainment

  • Support development of the integrated IBP Strategy and subsequent process as a Global Operating Model (GOM) process

  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise to upskill and align internal capabilities based on the standard IBP process owned by the CoE.

  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise and ability to facilitate the annual profit planning and inventory planning process, in close collaboration with E2E planning, finance and treasury.

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze inventory, demand and supply performance to support continuous improvement opportunities for both operations and process development.

  • Partner with business operations teams to adopt and deploy improvement opportunities

  • Monitor process execution by utilizing IBP sustainment metrics in adherence to the Global Operating Model (GOM).

Skill Development and Change Management

  • Lead development and roll-out of learning modules for refined Ways of Working (WOW) as to drive changing the mindset towards “forward-looking” IBP process amongst all practitioners.

  • Educate and train Business and Functional partners and practitioners on IBP at different levels of the organization within OMS and OCO as appropriate.

System and Capability Development

  • Validate, enhance and build IBP reports with other Process Stewards and Functional practitioners, through the use of SAP IBP and other related software tool.

  • Drive collaboration with other CoE and IT as appropriate in order to advance system and tool usage for more effective regional and global reviews for the monthly & quarterly IBP cycle.

Role requirements:

  • Education: - Bachelor's degree in business or technical field (Engineering, Science, Business, Economics, Finance/Accounting, Marketing or other related fields).

  • Experience: More than six years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain Management

  • Demonstrated understanding and proficiency in supply planning. Good understanding of demand management and its inter-dependencies with supply planning

  • Demonstrated understanding of annual planning processes like profit planning and inventory planning (working capital)

  • Demonstrated ability to align, lead and drive change activities across global and/or cross-functional teams towards a common goal. A strong appreciation that the best results come from the combined efforts of diverse teams and shared perspectives

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to organize business process and complex information in a concise and compelling manner. Comfort in presenting key findings to leaders from various functional areas
