Customer Service Training and Development
*Ashley Interns will be paid hourly and are expected to work onsite at our Global Retail Office in Tampa, FL
What Will You Do?
You will be responsible for servings an ambassador of the company by motivating all team members and promoting enthusiasm and teamwork. This individual will provide support and guidance to the Customer Service team, determine areas in need of improvement, develop training, and enhance employee performance. You are creative and organized! You will create the standard operating procedures to ensure accurate and current documents are available to the call center staff.
What Do You Need?
Pursuing a degree in content creation or instructional design
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, internet,
Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
