Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • Developing project workplans including defining activities and milestones
  • Performing historical spend analysis to establish baseline
  • Executing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis
  • O wning the development of market and company-specific research
  • Assisting in developing sourcing hypothesis and negotiations strategies
  • Owning development of Request for Proposal (RFP) materials
  • Developing supplier communication materials
  • Developing savings model using Excel tool
  • Strategic sourcing and or category management
  • Develop presentation materials applying logical storyboarding and clear messaging using MS PowerPoint
  • Be responsible for project management activities (incl. tracking and reporting vs. timelines and risks)
  • Address business problems
  • Work collaboratively with Deloitte internal and Client stakeholders to identify and execute continuous cost, process and service improvements

Qualifications Required
3+ years' experience in Supply Chain Sourcing consulting and/or industry experience

3+ years experience in Facilities / Construction

3+ years in MRO (Manufacturing Repair and Operations)

3+ years of experience two or more of the following:

Developing project workplans including defining activities and milestones

Performing historical spend analysis to establish baseline

Executing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis

Owning the development of market and company-specific research

Assisting in developing sourcing hypothesis and negotiations strategies

Owning development of Request for Proposal (RFP) materials

Developing supplier communication materials

Developing savings model using Excel tool

Strategic sourcing and or category management

Excellent communication skills

Experience working with customers and suppliers

Bachelor's degree

Proficient in MS Office

Must live near or be willing to relocate to Orlando or Phoenix US Delivery Center offices
Preferred Skills

Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau)

Knowledge of indirect or direct categories (e.g. IT, Telecom, HR, Marketing, Facilities, MRO, Professional Services, Travel, etc.)

Flexible and adaptable to changes from the client or internal stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
