What you will do

Provides administrative support to the Solution Center Team by partnering on complex technical support-related projects and overseeing complex and specialized technical support-related tasks.

  • Responsible for RMA repair coordination with a vendor partner.
  • Ensures timely completion of work order billing.
  • Assist in coordinating the completion of technical questionnaires.
  • Assist with daily team scheduling.
  • Assist with upkeep of team calendar
  • Oversee team inbox assignment.
  • Responsible for team training coordination.
  • Assist with formatting and publishing resources.
  • Responsible for various work schedules as assigned.
  • Complete assigned training in a timely manner.

What you need

Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma / GED
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Intermediate to advanced technical skills
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in technical field.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of technical products and systems including online software applications.
  • Experience with technical troubleshooting.
