This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (7:00am - 5:00pm CST). 1 day per will need to work 8:30 – 5pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 115 W WAUSAU AVE. Wausau, WI.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sort and file prescriptions/patient demographic forms (may include lifting to 30 lbs.)
  • Locate and retrieve prescriptions/patient demographic forms when requested.
  • Label older prescription file boxes for offsite storage
  • Cross train and work in all processes when needed
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Repetitive movements including siting, stand, kneel, reach, and climb ladder

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • Prior stable work experience
  • Ability to navigate a PC to open applications, send emails, conduct data entry, and learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Ability to create, edit, copy, send and save documents, correspondence and spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance. Candidates must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, floor activity
