The Senior Administrative Associate position provides administrative support for Devens Biologics manufacturing organizations. As a part of these teams, this role performs highly diverse administrative and project-focused duties supporting both our on-site essential and hybrid workforces. This position will routinely be exposed to high- level contacts and product-related information, necessitating the use of discretion, judgment, and keen attention to detail. The candidate must have proven skills in prioritizing and simplification, as well as the ability to remain poised and focused in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

Provide departmental administrative leadership and peerless support to those leaders by:

Managing complex calendars daily

Handling correspondence that is sensitive and business confidential

Preparing materials for key departmental and campus meetings and events, with follow up

Developing and maintaining communication standards, templates, and dashboards

Coordinating travel, campus visits & tours

Maintain and organize internal departmental and site operations, executing tasks such as:

Ordering and managing supplies

Entering and processing check requests and/or purchase orders via SAP, ARIBA, and other tools

Routinely coordinating multi-step on-boarding and off-boarding activities for employees

Processing expense reports

Performing general administrative duties

Initiating facility service requests

Developing and/or sustaining departmental digital collaboration tools - Sharepoint, OneNote, MS Teams

Collaborate with other campus-based administrative professionals to coordinate campus-wide events, share best practices, support during absences, and serve as source of expertise
