We collaborate across scientific and organizational boundaries, with a focus on powerful new technologies that have the potential to help produce therapeutic breakthroughs for patients.<br><br>The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide direct support for the administrative and business operation needs of the NIBR Scientific Operations team at both the global and Cambridge, MA site level. Provides direct administrative support for the Global Head of Scientific Operations and senior leadership team (organizational charts, calendar management, event planning, personal and group meeting coordination and scheduling, travel & expense management and communications).<br><br>Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<br>• Lead planning and scheduling of the scientific operations leadership team meetings and NIBR global heads of operation meetings with general responsibilities for both including agenda preparation, presentation materials, guest speaker coordination as well as action planning and meeting minute generation. <br>• Act as a liaison with broad administration and business operations community as well as a single point of contact for scientific operations associates for various business processes, learning management, facility services and T&E questions or troubleshooting. <br>• Support scientific operations business operations procurement to pay processes, purchase order generation and tracking, troubleshooting and escalation. Additionally, this position will support third party risk management processes and overall supplier onboarding to support operational needs. (~40% of role)<br>• Support internal communication, email distribution groups management and overall work in close collaboration with the scientific operations learning, culture and communications lead including support for internal SharePoint updates and MS Teams channels.<br>• Working closing with scientific operations managers, the position will coordinate associate and external onboarding and off boarding, associated background check processes as wells learning management profiles. <br><br>This position will be located at the Cambridge, MA site and will not have the ability to be located remotely.
