Our business helps support their way of life and contributes to the survival of a culture that has thrived in a challenging environment.**Job Summary:****The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Cyberspace Operations Directorate (CE)** directs and synchronizes DISA in support of Joint Cyberspace Operations. Exercises the authority and direction of the DISA Director over assigned and attached DISA Network Operations (NetOps) forces in the execution of the cyber mission. CE provides the command and control capability for the DISA Director along with situational awareness of the Agencys provided infrastructure, computing, and enterprise services. The JOC, formerly the DISA Command Center, CEC division, directs DISAs worldwide operations and exercises operational control over DISA NetOps, computing centers, DISA field offices, and other operational organizations. To accomplish this mission, the staff is organized into broad categories: Program Management, Security Assistant, Logistics and Audio / Visual (A/V) Support, and Administrative Support.**The** **Administrative Assistant** is an integral part of the DISA CE daily operations. We are seeking a well-organized and proactive professional to join our organization in support of our customer with duties including task management, scheduling, travel planning, and technical support during high-level briefings.**Responsibilities:**+ Assist with management of calendars and scheduling of three conference rooms; prepare preferred media (e.g. GVS, DCS, VTC and portal or slide decks) for each meeting.+ Plan and schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring to manage time and workload prior to scheduling and receipt of necessary read-aheads prior to meeting(s).+ Attend meetings and record minutes, emailing minutes within 1-hour of the end of the meeting with link to appropriate SharePoint site+ Review official correspondence for proper grammar, punctuation, and ensure formatting is in accordance with the DISA Action Officers Guide (AOG) prior to correspondence leaving the division.+ Ensure the proper and timely distribution, availability, and accessibility of information to division staff.+ Produce and maintain organization charts and recall rosters, emailing within 1-hour of completion including link to appropriate SharePoint site where they are housed.+ Support division use of the DISA Task Management Tool (DTMT)+ Maintain email distribution lists of division personnel.+ Escort uncleared visitors into the SCIF in accordance with prescribed SCIF security procedures.+ Occasional rotations to augment Government Civilian support within DISA CE front office.+ Advise division personnel on Government policies and procedures and industry standards and best practices for Records Management.+ Follow DoDI 5015.2, DoD Records Management Program, and other RL policies and procedures for creation, maintenance, use and disposition.+ Perform as a Site & Content Manager for the division on the NIPRNet/SIPRNet; this includes working as the Records Liaison to develop and manage tagging and storing data.+ Maintain a division Records Inventory by record series.+ Support a monthly working group consisting of division leads.+ Complete all training necessary to become an Organizational Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA). The ODTA is responsible for the administration of Defense Travel System (DTS) at the organization level and, as such, assist the Lead Defense Travel Administrator (LDTA) with overall DTS administration for the site.+ Review/modify travel documents for all travelers prior to approval by an authorized government official+ Manage and schedule DTS training for division travelers+ Maintain DD Form 577s for DTS+ Ensure correct completion of DTS files/vouchers+ Assist in Command DTS Inspections+ Advise division personnel on Government policies and procedures and industry standards and best practices for Records Management.+ Complete contract deliverables as required.**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications:**+ High school diploma or GED+ Minimum 3 years relevant administrative experience+ Demonstrated experience with travel management systems, preferably Defense Travel System (DTS)+ Active TS/SCI clearance is required.+ Demonstrated work experience within Department of Defense or military agencies and a familiarity with how these agencies conduct day to day business operations.+ Must be proficient in properly marking classified documents, adhering to disparate classifications of data, and handling of classified information across domains.+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Able to work and thrive in a high visibility, fast paced environment.+ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
