Eatons Power Distribution & Control Assemblies Division is currently seeking a Plant Administrative Assistant. This position will be based in Wilsonville, OR.Position Overview:The Plant Administrative Assistant will act as the first point of contact in the facility and perform mainly receptionist-type duties. They will also assist different functions of the plant with administrative duties in order to keep their focus on the main facets of their roles.Making what matters work at Eaton takes the passion of every employee around the world. Its where bold, bright professionals like you can reach your full potentialand where you can help us reach ours.In this function you will:+ Perform receptionist duties, including but not limited to answering and directing phone calls, receiving guests and front-end deliveries, sorting and distributing incoming mail, maintaining office supplies+ Assist with event execution from group meetings, to site visits, to the annual company picnic, to our United Way campaign+ Active member of site Communications Advisory Board; Responsible for the upkeep of site electronic communication boards and monthly newsletter+ Manage office vendor relationships, like the on-site fresh market and coffee suppliers+ Manage Accounts Payable in MarkView+ Assist Engineering function by running reports and creating job folders+ Ensure lobby and site conference rooms are 5S-edWhen we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we as individuals and as a company are stronger.*MSJA#LI-ED2 QualificationsRequired (Basic) Qualifications:+ High school diploma or GED Equivalent+ Minimum one (1) years of administrative support experience+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future+ No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of (enter location) will be considered.
