Eaton Corporation is currently seeking an Associate Analyst, Legal Operations to join our team. This position is based at Beachwood, OH.The associate analyst will be part of the Law's Administrative Center of Excellence and serve as the primary support to members of Laws senior leadership team. The individual will be responsible for meeting presentations and other document formulation, calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, meeting logistics and/or video-webinar coordination, project file maintenance, as well as managing various administrative tasks and projects. The position also supports and improves Laws initiatives, processes, and tools. Its where bold, bright professionals like you can reach your full potentialand where you can help us reach ours.In this role you will:+ Prepare documents, presentations and spreadsheets; organizes files and retrieves documentation (electronic and hard copy).+ Perform administrative duties including managing electronic calendars, meeting coordination, travel and expense reports.+ Generate and/or modify reports, metrics, spreadsheets, presentations and correspondence.+ Critically analyze reports, identify discrepancies and investigate and resolve issues.+ Provide administrative and technology support effectively utilizing the current version of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other project software packages.+ Manage processes of the Administrative Center of Excellence, i.e., organizational charts, and signature collection.+ Provide excellent customer service in dealing with client base and flexibility to allow for changing work priorities.+ Provide strong process orientation in terms of juggling multiple priorities and sharing of knowledge for this team-based environment.+ Partner with Law members to develop, implement and maintain efficient workflow processes. QualificationsBasic Qualifications:+ Associates degree from an accredited institution.+ Minimum of 3 years professional experience in a business environment+ Must be legally eligible to work in the United States on an on-going basis without Company sponsorship+ No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates residing within 50 miles of the Beachwood, OH facility will be considered for this position. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.Preferred Qualifications+ Bachelors degree from an accredited institutionPosition Criteria+ Excellent analytical, problem solving and attention to detail skills.+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).+ Experience working with IT systems and databases, including matter management systems (e.g., CounselLink), travel (e.g., Concur) is a plus.+ Experience preparing dashboards and other reports.+ Results-driven with the ability to take initiative, handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.+ Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail+ Excellent verbal/written communication skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple customers.+ Continuous improvement mindset.+ Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills, fostering trusting and strong relationships.+ Operates in an ethical manner and maintains confidentiality.We make what matters work.
