Primary Role

Responsible for performing a variety of complex administrative activities and support involving the operations ofwater treatment and distribution systems, field operations and/or regulatory compliance.

Key Accountabilities

  • Processes new service inquiries including processing service application, completing and submitting premise template to add technical master data to SAP system and entering service orders to set water meter (30%)
  • Interacts with internal/external customers regarding various issues and provides any additional assistance. Researches and resolves critical customer questions, concerns, difficulties, inquiries and/or problems. (30%)
  • Interacts and educates builders, contractors and homeowners on process to connect to service lines
  • Schedules service line inspections, serviceline taps and meter sets with contractors and field maintenance technicians (10%)
  • Utilizes SAP, excel and other in house applications for recording and tracking customer set up progress.(15%)
  • Performs other duties as assigned. (15%)

Experience/Education

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5+ years related clerical experience required.
  • Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Some college courses preferred.
  • Clerical Certification preferred.

Travel Requirements

  • None or minimal travel

Work Environment

  • General office environment.
  • In some instances must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. maximum and occasionally lift various items.
