What you will do:

The Office Administrator supports front office activities, providing an excellent “First Impression” to visitors and callers. This role also supports the Customer Care team by performing the duties outlined below. Organization and multi-tasking skills are essential to be successful in this role. Accuracy and attention to detail is extremely critical. The ideal candidate loves working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing great service.

  • Maintain reception area by greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.

  • Order Office supplies for division.

  • Update procedural processes for the reception area.

  • For trainings and other events, ensure refreshments and catered meals are delivered when expected.

  • Maintain, coordinate and schedule meetings when assigned.

  • Reconcile data, update documents and communicate to appropriate parties in a timely manner.

  • Maintain customer specific data; includes acquisition pricing, blanket purchase orders, client part numbers and customer profile settings.

  • Support key programs and/or processes that drive efficiencies, as assigned.

What you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED. (Bachelors degree preferred)

  • 1+ years customer service, data entry, or receptionist experience.

  • Ability to navigate system maintenance with background in accurate data entry.

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Visio proficient

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to set priorities, meet dead-lines, and multi-task.

  • Professional, upbeat, energetic, takes initiative, dependable, and takes pride in work.

  • Ability to work overtime, occasionally on limited notice.
