The Leidos Commercial Energy Solutions Operation team is looking for an entry-level but tenacious, self-starting full-time Administrative Assistant for its Walled Lake, MI office.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative assistance for marketing events (securing event sponsors, ordering supplies, managing and maintaining assets, organization/planning for all aspects of our participation in the specific events)

  • Supporting the shipping and receiving of materials

  • Assisting with inventory management for the on-site panel shop

  • Gathering, collecting, recording, tracking and verifying information from multiple sources. Occasionally may evaluate information and develop recommendations

Duties will include a mix of computer-based administrative tasks and non-computer based tasks in the on-site panel shop


  • Requires High School Diploma or GED and 1-3 years of prior relevant experience

  • Must be flexible, detail-oriented and resourceful

  • Must be able to organize and plan efficiently and well, while always contemplating new processes or ways to do things better
