What You Will Do:
Assist with budget tracking and creation/preparation of presentations.
Assist with monthly reporting, Screen incoming/outgoing communication and edit.
Provide administrative support to department, Create/prepare expense reports.
Domestic and international meeting and travel planning, Calendar/schedule maintenance Ordering, stocking and organizing of office supplies, Delivery and sorting of departmental mail.
Coordination of R&D Business Reporting including but not limited to; Monthly Corporate Reports, Highlights, Business Planning & Business Review. Updating and maintaining R&D Connect site.
Maintaining supplies and trouble shooting and/or scheduling repair for various copiers, printers, and scanners department wide.
Coordination of Events including but not limited to; offsite meetings, Steering Team meetings, R&D Annual events Perform additional duties as assigned
What You Will Need:
High School Education or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred.
2+ years of administrative experience
Ability to work independently
Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Eagerness to assist internal and external customers
Possess attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
