The U.S. Cattle team within our company's Animal Health is responsible for maximizing the sales, market share and profitability of our Cattle business in the U.S. This position works closely with our Field Sales Team and Marketing to ensure unity across the business unit.

The Senior Associate Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and office management for the U.S. Cattle Sales and Marketing team, primarily the Executive Director of Sales and Marketing, Director of Marketing and (2) Director of Sales. In addition, the Senior Associate Executive Assistant will assist the sales and marketing team in event planning, tracking purchase orders, approvals of sponsorships and meeting requests, as well as submitting payment requests to vendors and organizations.

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Preferred: Advanced education or certifications such as (e.g. Certified Administrative Professional, Project Management Professional Certification, Professional in Human Resources Certification)

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of (8) years Administrative Assistant experience preferred.

  • Minimum of (3) years Executive Administrative experience supporting multiple senior executives (Sr. Director, Executive Director, VP or above) preferred.

  • Advanced computer skills using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) and operation of other peripheral devices

  • SAP experience processing: Expense Reports; Purchase Orders and Payment Requests; Vendor Add Forms, as well as the capability to run reports within SAP

  • Experience scheduling complex travel arrangements including multi-leg domestic and international travel (Concur)

  • Advanced administrative/clerical abilities with a history of high performance

  • Ability to handle and prioritize a large number of simultaneous assignments

  • Proficient with event planning and coordination

  • Extraordinary attention to detail

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and people skills

  • Experience with financial and budget tasks

  • Ability to be trusted with highly confidential information
