Leidos is seeking qualified candidates in a proposal effort to join our Engineering and Technical Support team, who will manage enterprise operations and deliver IT architecture modernization in support of the Department of the Navy. Administration/Clerical Support

Primary Responsibilities

Provide Administrative support to include:

  • Acknowledges receipt of Applications and application documents and prepares the appropriate correspondence for response.

  • Gathers, sorts, and organizes correspondence and files related to Applications received for processing and forward to Analysts on a daily basis.

  • Purge applications and/or application requests that are considered incomplete or invalid in accordance with the void procedures.

  • Uses form letters to answer routine correspondence.

  • Compiles all related correspondence and files upon request for response to inquiries and/or application requests.

  • Files correspondence and related files according to department filing system.

  • Delivers files and correspondence to appropriate personnel within the organization.

  • Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management.

  • Identifies irregularities in processes and procedures as it relates to the system and makes recommendations as needed.

  • Fulfills research request from other departments as needed.

  • Provides information to Plan participants upon receipt of requests through written communication within department guidelines.

  • Prepares participant records by compiling and sorting all related corresponding information for file set-up.

  • Updates participant census records by reviewing system data and correspondence for deficiencies.

  • Resolves discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the Supervisor for resolution.

  • Reviews participants data on the system and make corrections, as needed

  • Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree and 5 or more years of relevant experience.

  • Must have an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

  • IAT level technical certification(s) such as: Security+ CE, CISSP, CASP.
