What you'll be doing...
The focus of this position is driving the construction and activation of new macro cells into the Verizon network. Verizon's Network Engineering team is building at a scale never seen before. To stay on top, we need to deploy and modify cell sites at a record pace. That's where you come in. You'll need a keen eye for detail, but never lose sight of the big picture. Being results-driven and well-organized, you are adept at identifying potential project roadblocks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Tracking milestones and coordinating across disciplines on missing, upcoming, and past-due tasks.
- Managing changing priorities, competing priorities, and situations in which guidelines can change.
- Manage RFPs, price matrices, quotes, equipment order submittals, invoicing, material release, and capital budget management
- Utilize ERP, Fuze, and other Enterprise tools to manage projects from inception through completion.
- Manage Verizon internal deliverables to ensure a consistent workflow to vendor.
- Tracking handoff intervals and average timelines for milestone benchmarks.
- Standardizing reporting, workflows, and processes across disciplines and tools.
- Coordinating workload and distribution of work activities between internal & external workgroups to ensure timely delivery of sites.
- Investigate, discuss & resolve moderately complex issues with implementation teams under limited supervision.
- Provide leadership and technical direction to internal & external partners to ensure that all details of projects are completed on time.

You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant work experience.
- Valid driver's license.
Even better if you have:
- Wireless construction experience.
- Experience with Tableau, Fuze, and Google.
- Strong Excel and data analytics skills.
- Exceptional time management and communications skills.
- Knowledge in the fields of: In building and DAS systems, Cell Site Construction, Grounding, Transport, RF Fundamentals & RF Cabling, Antenna Mounting & Modifications, and A&E Concepts.
- Knowledge of VCP and VRAN.
