The ability to follow prescribed safety and environmental rules and regulations and maintain high quality Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards.
Must have a working knowledge of the tools and materials of HVAC/Refrigeration and the ability to expertly perform all types of industrial installation work and repair, predictive and reliability tasks, and other duties as assigned.
Must have the ability to follow complex instructions and use our Manufacturing Division business systems (SAP, ADP eTime, Bar-Coding, Microsoft Outlook, etc.) and computers.
Familiarity with Siemens BAS and Carrier, Trane and York HMI screens.
Applicant must have experience with HEPA filtration, steam coils, pneumatic and electrical controls, precision shaft alignment and belt alignment.
Must demonstrate Good Documentation Practices and communication skills.
Must have the ability to perform a broad scope of mechanical and electrical work including soldering and brazing, wiring of motors below 600V, safe multi-meter use, and awareness of proper PPE requirements.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complete routine maintenance and non-complex repairs; set ups; changeovers, preventive maintenance, and ongoing adjustments.
Ability to function effectively during emergency situations.
Additional Job Duties and qualifications include but not limited to:
Operates, monitors, and maintains production and utility equipment in accordance with cGMP and Environmental and Safety requirements (Examples: pumps, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, air compressors, generators, wells and controlled temperature units).
Operate large valves with use of a valve wrench.
Operate Power Industrial Trucks.
Climb stairs and ladders (fixed and portable) as required to perform job responsibilities.
Lift at least 50 lbs.
Perform inspections of tanks, dikes, transfer lines and chemical piping.
Employees will be expected to take on greater levels of responsibility/decision-making including resolution of problems and signing regulatory paperwork (as applicable) with minimal supervision.
Must have completed a 4-year State Apprenticeship Journeyman program in the field of HVAC/Refrigeration.
Or received an equivalent level degree, in the HVAC/Refrigeration field.
Applicant must have at least four (4) years of HVAC/Refrigeration experience in an industrial, large commercial or government setting that included preventive and corrective maintenance responsibility for AHUs, in the past five (5) years.
Must have a valid EPA Universal Certification for proper refrigerant handling and the ability to calculate refrigerant leak rates.
Refrigeration experience is required.
Chiller experience is preferred.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
