Eatons North America Electrical Sales division is currentlyseeking a Service Sales Account Specialist to join our team. This position is based atour New York, NY or Mountainside, NJ location. Relocation assistance will be provided if residing outside 50 miles ofthis location.PositionOverview:Primaryresponsibility includes achieving assigned sales quota through the technicalmarketing and sale of Eaton Power Quality services to electrical engineers,electrical contractors and end users. Requires the ability to proactivelytarget projects and/or leveraging industry relationships in an effort toposition Eaton as a preferred service provider. Itswhere bold, bright professionals like you can reach your full potentialandwhere you can help us reach ours.In this function you will:+ Achieve annual serviceand battery revenue goal+ Provide accurate sales forecastingand customer relationship management data+ Provide leadership andguidance on the application of Eaton Power Quality service offerings+ Develop and supportlong-term customer relationships based on customer needs+ Develop timely andaccurate service quotations+ Conduct servicepresentations+ Work closely with EatonArea Managers, ASMs, Channel Managers and Major Accounts Executives.+ Review servicerequirements and provide customers with service strategies and guidance+ Provide internal projectmanagement as needed+ Understand competitorsofferings and articulate Eatons competitive advantages+ Have a high level ofconfidence to cold call or call on prospective end users and customers+ Schedule and conductfrequent Face to face visits with customers+ Promote Eatons valueproposition in the marketplace When we embrace thedifferent ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we as individuals and as a company are stronger.QualificationsRequired (Basic) Qualifications:+ Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience+ Minimum three (3) years's sales experience in the electrical industry+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.+ Must possess a valid and unrestricted drivers licensePreferred qualifications:+ Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering from an accredited institution+ Technical sales experience+ Knowledge of three phase UPS and related battery services+ Contract negotiationPosition Success Criteria:+ Must be self-motivated+ Must be able to work in a team selling approach+ Strong interpersonal skills+ Excellent written and oral communication skills in addition to strong organizational skills+ Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and balance workload+ Strong computer skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet+ Excellent problem solving skills#LI-AM2We make what matters work.
