Field Service Support Analyst - Finnish speaker

We make what matters work.Do you want to work for a global player, where we care about ethics, inclusion and diversity and our people?Come and join our Field Services team and provide pre- and post-sales technical and application administrative support, including maintenance service administration, quotation and contract management, product related services as well as managing product problems/warranty and application assistance received via phone, email or Web. Your key deliverables:+ Administrate service maintenance tasks of all types carried out by field services work force using relevant databases and applications to ensure up-to-date data for all customers at all times+ Meet the quotation and contract administration requirements set by field service and field sales teams, supporting sales targets for PQ products and related service maintenance contracts+ Proactively act to understand and solve customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries+ Constant cooperation with sales, service and PQ product departments in order to acquire and maintain an extensive knowledge of the internal workings of these departments and their processes.+ Handle Normal Sales Order entry task for Finnish customers+ Support customers with order status update+ Gain deep understating on the distributed product portfolio and related services with the clear understanding of the impact it has on the customer+ Able to detect and escalate problem or error with data that he/she is responsible for+ Proactive participation in team related tasks (projects, events, visitors, extra tasks) QualificationsAre you?Required:+ Bachelors degree (BS/BA) from an accredited institution or equivalent professional degree+ Minimum 2 years of customer service experience,+ Fluent English and Finnish language capabilities+ Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer)+ Ability to communicate effectively+ Can deal with daily transactional workload+ Proactive, reliability and flexibility+ Ability to work in a team+ High level of accuracyThen we want to hear about you!What Eaton offers:+ We make work exciting, engaging and meaningful for you+ We ensure health, wellness, safety and work-life balance for you+ We invest in you for the long term not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University+ We offer career advancement opportunities for you+ We value diversity, join our passionate team#LI-ZS1We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
