At IBM, you will use the latest software development tools, techniques and approaches and work with leading minds in the industry to build solutions you can be proud of.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIBM is currently hiring a Compliance Analyst/Engineer for IBM Z as a Service (ZaaS).Our Mission is to drive IBM LinuxOne into Cloud via a Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud Strategy and exploit our unique highly secure and performant platform differentiation across industries, sectors, and enterprises to help our clients succeed.We design, develop and manage the entire stack ranging from public and private cloud services, infrastructure technologies, all the way down to data center and SRE operations. We also have centralized Security and Compliance Teams focused on driving technical and operational security assurance.As a start-up business within IBM, we developed IBM Hyper Protect cloud services and as we scale-up, we will be expanding Hyper Protect services further into the government sector through FedRAMP. We are seeking Compliance Analysts/Engineers to join the ZaaS Compliance Team to drive attainment of FedRAMP for the Hyper Protect portfolio.Responsibilities:As a member of the Compliance Team focused on FedRAMP:+ you will lead various aspects and collaborate across the ZaaS organization to attain FedRAMP compliance and authorization.+ You'll help assess FedRAMP controls, identify control gaps, drive gaps to closure, define/update necessary policies, prepare for FedRAMP certification, and+ drive operational requirements & audit-readiness to meet compliance requirements.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseRequired:+ Experience leading one or more security compliance frameworks/certifications and audits+ Experience with SaaS+ Knowledge of cloud-related technologies, networking concepts, data centers+ Strong communication skills and ability to work with teams across the globe in different time zones+ Experience taking an offering through FedRAMP+ Highly organized and detail-oriented+ Project management experience, and ability to effectively collaborate with other teams on requirements, schedules, and track completion+ Strong ability to lead, organize, and manage multiple projects/priorities/tasks in parallel+ Self-starter and able to independently learn, perform, and prioritize in a fast-paced startup/scale-up -environment+ For this work, must be an US citizenPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertisePreferred:+ Knowledge of the IBM Z and LinuxONE platforms and architecture+ Experience working in a startup / scale-up business environmentNONEAbout Business UnitIBM Systems helps IT leaders think differently about their infrastructure.
