Work you'll do

  • Use statistical analysis software and quantitative analysis/advanced analytics
  • High comfort level with PowerPoint (storytelling, data visualization, and deck development)
  • Anticipating client needs to deliver clear and concise support on current projects.

In Customer Strategy & Applied Design we elevate the Human Experience. We help clients and account teams design innovative services and human experiences. A few examples of how we achieve this is by conducting ethnographic research, service blueprinting, and surveying customer segmentations.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of data analytics experience
  • 1+ year of work experience using advance analytics tools such as SPSS or STATA or R.
  • 1+ years of experience presenting data insights through methods such as story telling, data visualization and deck development.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship needs either now or in the future.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of survey data and survey design methodology
  • Survey design experience with Qualtrics/ Medallia/ InMoment or similar
