What You Will Do
Youwill support the ProCare Client Services space through evaluation, execution, and maintenance of ProCare service contracts with a special focus on software as a service (SaaS). Duties include service contract entry, ongoing service contract monitoring and evaluation, quota credit analysis, and invoicing support. Will require partnership with Business Unit Sales Representatives and Operations; ProCare Client Specialists; Customer, Technical, and Field Service; Flex Financial; and other internal partners.
Lead the implementation of a software as a service (SaaS) contract model
Assist in defining strategy and developing SaaS process
Collaborate with and influence key partners to make decisions (e.g., stakeholders in commercial business unit, sales representatives and leaders, Center of Excellence, strategic sales)
Monitor SaaS contracts to ensure payment is received
Facilitate communication with accounts and key partners
Create ongoing, transparent, and continuously updated standard operating procedures and process flows
Assist in leading and coaching contract coordinator team
Assist with onboarding and cross training
Liaise with ProCare data team and provide support for system enhancements and efficiencies and INCs/CRs
Perform regular process audits to identify and solve problems as they arise
Troubleshoot and problem solve system and/or process issues through independent analysis and appropriate escalations
Assist in leading month end close
Perform contract cancellations and issue credits
Verify and correct entitlement and serial number coverage
Facilitate requests to Accounts Receivable and the Center for Excellence
Identify and resolve problems related to quota credit through independent analysis and consultation where appropriate
Maintain the integrity of ProCare policies and guidelines
Focus on solving problems, operating with honesty and integrity, and providing a highly responsive level of customer service
Willingness and ability to adjust schedule for month-end and year-end purposes as requested
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of relevant experience preferred
Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to lead and influence with little to no oversight
Even better is you have:
SAP experience
You will need to live within commuting distance to our Portage, MI office. You will need to be in the office 2-3 days a week, but you will have the flexibility to work from home on the other days.
