Leidos has an opening for a Service Desk Technician Analyst to provide onsite support at our customer’s site in Linthicum, MD.This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience in supporting Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center’s Business and Technology Solutions (BTO) directorate. DC3 delivers capability with a team comprised of Department of the Air Force civilians, Air Force and Navy military personnel, and contractors for specialized support.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for second level problem analysis and resolution.
  • Process facility and logistics related service tickets.
  • Responsible for maintaining and patching help desk systems.
  • Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
  • Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.​

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS with 4+ years of prior relevant experience or a Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Demonstrated experience providing technical assistance for computer hardware and software, to include printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and various operating systems.
  • Experience working on complex work assignments that require innovation, originality, and patience.
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • IAT Level I certified

Preferred Qualifications

ITIL certified
