Leidos is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Level Agreement Manager who will be responsible for creating and maintaining Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Stakeholder Lists for the Air Force National Capital Region (AFNCR). The successful candidate will review MOAs, MOUs, and SLAs weekly, and Stakeholder Lists semi-annually. The candidate will also support solutions on classified and unclassified networks for the 794th Communications Squadron (794 CS) at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. The preferred candidate has excellent communications skills, strong customer service skills, and experience serving as an advisor to a Projects Management Lead and/or other senior IT managers.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Create new agreements (i.e., MOAs, MOUs, SLAs, and Stakeholder Lists)

  • Maintain (i.e., review/update) agreements - MOAs, MOUs, and SLAs (weekly); Stakeholder Lists (semi-annually)

  • Maintain Contacts List for organizations required to process agreements (review/update semi-annually)

  • Create and maintain 794 CS Service Catalog with accurate cost per service (review/update semi-annually)

  • Create and deliver high-quality, informative, written/verbal project communications, including weekly status, dashboards, and project updates

  • Actively monitor, track, and manage project tasks, timelines, attainment of established milestones, and overall project quality

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology (IT) with 8 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters degree with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.

  • Active, DoD Secret security clearance

  • DoD 8570 certification, IAT level II or higher (e.g., Security+ CE)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 credential

  • Solid understanding of Project Management and Project Management Office

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships, partnerships, and external networks

  • Proven ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and work effectively in a collaborative/team environment while keeping the team informed

  • Excellent customer interaction skills

  • Excellent research, decision-making, and organization skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project or similar project management tool

  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and adherence to data protection/other guidelines where appropriate

Clearance Required:

  • Requires an active Secret clearance

Pay Range:

Pay Range $66,300.00 - $102,000.00 - $137,700.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
