Job Description

For our Central Northern Europe (CNE) Organization we are currently recruiting a:

Senior Brand & Customer Manager, Established Brands and Biosimilars

To be based in London (UK) or Dublin (Ireland)

The Senior Brand & Customer Manager for Established Brands and Biosimilars will lead the omnichannel engagement and differentiation strategy through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure the Portfolio maintains share of voice in a competitive market via end-to-end execution of both promotional campaigns in line with brand strategy and customer segments across all targeted channels working within a complex, fast paced environment, allowing you to grow and thrive at Organon.

You will report to the Established Brands and Biosimilars Franchise Lead and your focus will be the United Kingdom and Ireland with a possible extension of your role to include additional markets in the future.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop, shape and drive product strategy, increasing demand for our products to establish an engaging, informative and seamless customer experience.
  • Closely work with several stakeholders across the entire internal cross-functional team in the cluster, Region, or Global level to create and deliver a prioritized and focused Marketing Strategy.
  • Develop and implement omnichannel campaigns to increase depth of prescribing for our products and ensure campaigns and projects are properly executed, optimized, measured and reported.
  • Coordinate and lead a high performing cross functional team.
  • Collaborate with the cross functional team ensuring the relevant markets excel in delivering insightful, fresh marketing campaigns with a digital edge.
  • Constantly stay ahead of the latest marketing trends and technologies to guide long-term strategy, and always focused on execution of efficient campaigns.
  • Ensure external strategic partnerships with 3rd party providers, communication, and creative agencies to ensure we at the forefront of providing creative & informative solutions for HCP’s allowing them to make the best choice for their patients.
  • Country by country responsibility for promotional budget spend.
  • Active role in developing and informing product forecasts within the markets.
  • Collaborate effectively with and through others to achieve shared goals, including ability to work across specialist functions, e.g., finance, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, business practices, supply, policy and market access.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • At least four years of professional pharmaceutical product management experience in concept development, implementation, and control of marketing and digital activities at a pharmaceutical company or agency.
  • Experience across different therapeutic areas including innovative and generic brands with the ability to work in a complex and multi-market setting, being flexible and dynamic to adapt and succeed in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Proficient in digital omnichannel engagement strategies and campaign development from concept to delivery and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to solve complex problems and drive change and an empathic interaction with people, networking and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and other languages (is considered a plus).
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Industry Codes of Practice for UK and Ireland
  • Business and Financial Acumen - good analytical skills, identifying opportunities and capitalising on them through informed insights and decisions.
