If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYour Role and Responsibilities:This role will lead the TSS MVS RTS Delivery teams in driving strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with IBM clients. Responsible for leading our major transformation projects across MVS HW and Lenovo teams. You will lead the WW RTS Delivery Team and be a trusted advisor to our Director and VP executive teams across all service related decisions with Lenovo and work closely with Global Service Planning, Offering management, I/T, PMO, and other key parts of the TSS organization.Key Roles: (AP/Japan MVS/Lenovo DCG):Lead our contract and KPI deliverable for Lenovo and MVS teamsGrow revenue and implement new workloadDrive in-sourcing where need to reduce vender spend across our domainsLeverage best practices and transformation to improve overall delivery efficienciesKey Roles: (Delivery Transformation):Drive transformation across the WW Lenovo teamsLead MVS CSP readiness and MSD rollout for Lenovo DCG ad PCDIntegration & optimization of metrics reporting for all domainsCost take out and management leadThis position is a high visibility role that will demand a leader with strong negotiating and relationship skills at the executive level, both internal and external.The ideal candidate will be visionary in thinking, tactical in approach, results driven, and can command the respect and trust of cross-functional teams that encourages collaboration to achieve goals.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseLead our contract and KPI deliverables for Lenovo and MVS teams. Lead large transformation and best practices projects to improve overall delivery efficiencies and cost. Drive in-sourcing where needed to reduce vendor spend across our domains. Grow revenue and implement new workload across MVS. Global management experience.
