As the leader of a team of professionals and managed services, you will proactively enable Retail, Potash, Nitrogen, Phosphate and Corporate business units achieve demonstrated returns on customer and supplier information and reporting. With timely, accurate, personalized, and self-service support, you will provide information and reporting related to shareholders and stakeholders that enables Analysis, Insight & Action.**What will you do:**+ Innovate new ways to deliver enhanced insights and drive down costs for reporting+ Define and report supplier diversity and inclusion targets+ Initiate the creation of reporting that enables analysis, insight and action + Proactively lead the design and implementation of processes+ Be responsible for final review of all communications+ Be responsible for managing the overall workload and rebalancing tasks between resources as necessary+ Establish team performance standards, supervise, track customer service, and implement improvements+ Responsible for management of a team of Analysts, including their flexibility to help other areas of I&R+ Coordinate with business units to collect and review required financial information+ Collaborate to identify business issues that analytics insight could potentially solve+ Be responsible for final review of all communications+ Be responsible for managing the overall workload and rebalancing tasks between resources as necessary+ Develop relationships with COEs to identify reporting needs+ Partner with the business on reporting requirements and work with the business to define reporting needs+ Manage a team of analysts and their activities+ Accurately assess team capabilities and hold them to rigorous performance standards+ Approve reports and review metrics for suppliers and customers+ Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports on supplier and customer KPIs and metrics+ Set long-term strategies to maintain a global lead in customer and supplier reporting+ Collaborate cross-functionally with FBS, Finance and Nutrien to share knowledge and insights+ Apply effective people leadership skills leading a team through performance management, career development, and budget management+ Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks+ Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team. + Coaches members on achieving goals and developing necessary skills that get results+ Setting clear team goals and evaluating progress along the way allows teams to work collaboratively**What you will bring:**+ Bachelors degree required, related to finance, mathematics, operations, statistics, actuarial science, agriculture, economics, or other data related fields is preferred+ 8+ years experience in finance or finance-related role and reporting+ 5+ years' leadership experience, either directly or indirectly managing a team of professionals+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills+ Experience with customer and supplier reporting+ Experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large data sets and then using it to draw conclusions+ Experience and knowledge of statistical modeling techniques+ Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.+ Experience conducting data analyses using basic and advanced skills in statistics and database management+ Strong presentation and communication skills+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines and competing priorities+ Aptitude to communicate complex analytic findings**Compensation & Benefits:**$81,200 $116,000 US annual salary. This range is estimated for Manager, Supplier & Customer Reporting role in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week.
