Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Manager, Customer & Marketing, Digital Customer in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures required to bring customer strategies to life. Managing day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Managing and delivering components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Responsibilities include, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures. Developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients. Participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process. Contributing to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Performing role of counselor and coach; actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities. Providing leadership and supporting for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Performing assessments of existing information systems, and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Estimating time and resources needed for the development work. Functioning as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients business needs. Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, processing design, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation. Creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources and monitor project progress. Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams and finalizing system requirements. Performing conceptual and technical designs, including the use of object-oriented analysis and design techniques. Leveraging the Agile methodology to work across all phases of the project delivery or software development lifecycle for the design, development, testing and implementation of salesforce.com and force.com solutions for enterprise-level clients. Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs using JIRA, Remedy, Servicenow and Microsoft Visio. Using salesforce.com Apex, Javascript and Visualforce pages to support, participate in, and lead the design and development of project solutions. Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using JIRA or Servicenow. Coordinating the project activities of onshore and offshore team members to ensure the timely and quality completion of project deliverables. Using force.com Apex testing framework and JIRA to support, perform, and oversee unit, system integration, performance and user acceptance testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions. Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using JIRA and Microsoft Visio. Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments using force.com Platform Based Customization, Advanced Salesforce Admin, and Agile. Supporting business development activities, including proposal development and responses to requests for proposals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Any STEM degree, or a related field. Five years of progressively responsible experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation. Must have five years of experience with:
  • Leveraging the Agile methodology to work across all phases of the project delivery or software development lifecycle for the design, development, testing and implementation of salesforce.com and force.com solutions for enterprise-level clients;
  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs using JIRA, Remedy, Servicenow and Microsoft Visio; using salesforce.com Apex, Javascript and Visualforce pages to support, participate in, and lead the design and development of project solutions;
  • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using JIRA or Servicenow;

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in the stated field plus three years of experience. 15% Travel required nationally. Telecommuting permitted. EOE.
