Chubb Talent Acquisition, within the Chubb Human Resources department, is an internal agency-like function servicing the hiring needs of the company.

We are seeking an individual with strong expertise and a demonstrated track record of success with technical and digital recruiting to join us as a Client Service Manager. This individual will support the recruiting for technical and digital talent for Global Operations and Technology and will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing creative Talent Acquisition strategies. She/he will represent and sell Chubb as a brand ambassador.

This critical role has overall responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment function for assigned roles with an intentional focus on sourcing and attracting diverse talent to Chubb, including:

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process for strategic technical roles
  • Effectively partner with key stake holders and managers to develop a customized sourcing strategy to attract top talent
  • Network and develop strategic talent pipelines for both current and future openings
  • Think outside the box! Come up with innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent
  • Research competitive intelligence and have a strong understanding of our competitor’s position in the market
  • Ensure information is properly maintained for reporting purposes
  • Act as an advocate for internal candidates by filtering, screening, and actively engaging talent within the organization
  • Train/mentor the North American recruiting team
  • Clear focus on diversity and driving strategic programs and initiatives

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Degree or applicable experience
  • 5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting for a large corporation or a Technical Staffing agency
  • Strong technical recruiting expertise and a track record of success
  • Knowledge of technology and digital skills trends in the marketplace, compensation, and benefits
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment required
  • Ability to operate within a matrix, geographically dispersed organization
  • Some knowledge of insurance/financial services industry
  • Proficient in office systems (MS Office Suite, candidate tracking systems)
  • Taleo experience is a plus
