What You Will Do:

  • Lead a regional team of Field Service Technicians with a focus on development and professional growth

  • Manage metrics to measure the growth and performance of the internal team and authorized service providers

  • Champion data analysis to drive insights and decision-making within a rapidly growing business

  • Constantly analyze, refine, and iterate on internal processes to make them simpler and more efficient

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in people leadership, service and operations

  • Vendor management experience preferred

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceMax or equivalent ERP/CRM/FSM

  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross functionally
