Senior Specialist, Oncology Digital Customer Engagement & Agility (Hybrid)

The Senior Specialist, Oncology Digital Engagement position is responsible for supporting and developing an integrated marketing communications campaign plan and omnichannel resources/tactics for the Healthcare Professional (HCP) promotional strategy. A large focus will be working with the Oncology
Organized Customer Access and Reimbursement (OCAR) team.
Position Location: Upper Gwynedd, PA (Hybrid work model is combination of in-office and work from home ability US based)
Responsibilities include, and are not limited to the following:
Develops and executes an integrated promotional campaign plan and manages the creation, approval and delivery of individual programs and tactics, across digital channels, to accomplish customer communication objectives and drive business results.
Leverages the Agile Team learnings, customer insights, channel preferences, capabilities, and best practices to deliver the campaign promotional plan for the HCP segment. Ensures that campaigns and associated tactics are designed to achieve specific business objectives and deliver a deliberate customer journey that creates a positive customer experience while driving the stated behavioral objectives of the campaign.
Works collaboratively with multiple teams supporting promotion, including the Market Research and Marketing Operations.
Exhibits an agile and test & learn mindset. Leverages data to inform campaign design and measurement plans with a focus on continued improvement of the customer experience and promotional effectiveness.
Collaborates across business partners, Legal, Medical, OPAR and Marketing Operations during the one review, approval and production steps of the promotional process. Applies the appropriate compliance policies and regulatory guidance to the delivery of promotional campaigns and resources.
Manages consistent utilization of branding hallmarks and creative concepts, across resources and channels
Demonstrates leadership behaviors and new ways of working. Maintains alignment to company compliance goals and policies.
Education:
Required Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
A minimum of 2 years combined marketing, brand management, sales or business support experience in any industry, is required
Strong demonstrated written/verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles.
Astute business, decision, and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into a recommendation or path forward.
Experience and success in cross-functional leadership and teamwork.
Strong communication skills.
Strong project management skills and attention to details.
Previous agency/vendor management skills.
