Work You'll Do

DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING SALES AND SERVICE EXPERIENCES, CAPABILITIES, AND ARCHITECTURES REQUIRED TO BRING CUSTOMER STRATEGIES TO LIFE. DIRECTING LARGE TECHNOLOGY ENGAGEMENTS AND PARTICIPATING IN PROJECTS INCLUDING IDEATION, IDENTIFICATION, PLANNING AND COST ESTIMATION THROUGH REQUIREMENTS, DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING, IMPLEMENTATION AND PRODUCTION. PERFORMING ASSESSMENTS OF EXISTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS, AND IDENTIFYING GAPS BETWEEN BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT SYSTEM CAPABILITIES. FUNCTIONING AS INTEGRATORS BETWEEN BUSINESS NEEDS AND TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, HELPING TCREATE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS TO MEET CLIENTS' BUSINESS NEEDS. DEFINING SYSTEMS STRATEGY, DEVELOPING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS, PROCESSING DESIGN, PROTOTYPING, AND TESTING CUSTOM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, AND SUPPORTING SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION. CREATING TEST CASES AND PERFORMING FUNCTIONAL, NON-FUNCTIONAL, SYSTEM INTEGRATION, BLACK-BOX, WHITE-BOX, AND END-TO-END TESTING OF SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS. CREATING PROJECT CHARTERS, SCHEDULES, AND PLANS, DEFINING PROJECT TASKS, ALLOCATING RESOURCES AND MONITORING PROJECT PROGRESS. RESEARCHING USER REPORTED ISSUES, IDENTIFYING ROOT CAUSES AND RESOLUTIONS, IMPLEMENTING FIXES, AND LIAISING BETWEEN BUSINESS FUNCTIONS, END USERS, AND TECHNICAL DELIVERY TEAMS. CREATING TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS, INCLUDING SCREEN LAYOUTS, NAVIGATION FLOWS, LOGIC DIAGRAMS, DATA MODELS, PROCESS MODELS, AND PSEUDO CODE, TO BE USED FOR APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT. WRITING FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND USE CASES, CREATING PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAMS AND FINALIZING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS. PERFORMING CONCEPTUAL AND TECHNICAL DESIGNS, INCLUDING THE USE OF OBJECT-ORIENTED ANALYSIS AND DESIGN TECHNIQUES. TRACKING APPLICATION DEFECTS USING DEFECT TRACKING TOOLS, COORDINATING DEFECT RESOLUTION EFFORTS, AND DOCUMENTING RESOLUTION DETAILS. CREATING DELIVERABLE CONTENT THAT ADDRESSES CLIENT NEEDS IN SOLUTIONING SESSIONS TO DRIVE TOWARD A DECISION, AND VALIDATING THAT DECISION WITH CLIENT LEADERSHIP. ASSESSESING AND DIAGNOSING A PROBLEM AND ANALYZING THE INTERACTIONS BETWEEN KEY DRIVERS. DEFINING CLEAR BUSINESS OBJECTIVES AND DESIRED OUTCOMES TO GUIDE OWN WORK AND THE WORK OF OTHERS. TRANSLATING BUSINESS NEEDS INTO ASSOCIATED TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND UNDERSTANDING SOLUTIONS THAT WILL INCORPORATE THESE REQUIREMENTS. DEVELOPING SOLUTIONS TO CLIENT PROBLEMS.

Requirements

BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, COMPUTER SCIENCE, ENGINEERING (ANY), INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, CIS, MIS, ANY STEM DEGREE, OR A RELATED FIELD. TWO YEARS OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE EXPERIENCE IN THE OFFERED POSITION OR A POSITION IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. MUST HAVE TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH:

  • WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE AGILE AND/OR WATERFALL METHODOLOGY FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SALESFORCE SOLUTIONS;
  • ANALYZING AND DOCUMENTING CURRENT-STATE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS TO SUPPORT PROJECT DESIGN OF FUTURE-STATE AND TO-BE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS USING RELEASE MANAGEMENT;
  • INTERFACING DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS TO GATHER FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, ANALYZING CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, AND TRANSLATING REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS THAT SATISFY CLIENT NEEDS USING VERSIONONE AND JIRA;
  • USING DEVELOPER CONSOLE, WORKBENCH AND FORCE.COM IDE TO LEAD THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS;
  • TRACKING AND REPORTING ON PROJECT AND MILESTONE DELIVERABLE STATUS TO ENSURE TIMELY PROJECT DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION OF UPDATES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS USING MICROSOFT PROJECT AND MICROSOFT VISIO;
  • COORDINATING THE PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES OF CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE TEAM MEMBERS
  • TO ENSURE EFFICIENT COMPLETION OF PROJECT TASKS; UTILIZING VISUAL FORCE COMPONENTS, APEX TRIGGERS, APEX CLASSES, AND REST API TO CREATE CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE CLIENTS;
  • ANALZYING THE BUSINESS REQUIREMENT AND PREPARE THE FIT GAP ANALYSIS REPORT.
