Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Specialist, Customer & Marketing, Human Services Transformation in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

PROVIDE SOFTWARE TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES TO HELP COMPANIES UNLOCK THE VALUE OF TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENTS, INCLUDING REQUIREMENTS, ARCHITECTURE, TESTING, DEPLOYMENT, AND BEYOND AS DISCRETE SERVICES OR COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTIONS. PERFORM ASSESSMENTS OF EXISTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND IDENTIFY GAPS BETWEEN BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT SYSTEM CAPABILITIES, PROVIDE APPLICATION ANALYSIS, TESTING, APPLICATION MODIFICATION, AND REFACTORING SERVICES TO MEET ARCHITECTURE AND INFRASTRUCTURE GOALS. CREATE TEST CASES AND PERFORM FUNCTIONAL, NON-FUNCTIONAL, SYSTEM INTEGRATION, BLACK-BOX, WHITE-BOX, AND END-TO-END TESTING FOR SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION. PERFORM TEST ESTIMATION, TEST PLANNING, TEST DESIGN, TEST EXECUTION, TEST REPORTING AS WELL AS COORDINATE TESTING AND TEST ARTIFACTS ACROSS ALL PHASES OF TESTING, INCLUDING SIT (SYSTEM INTEGRATION TESTING), UAT (USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING), END-TO-END, AND PERFORMANCE TESTING. TEST SUB-COMPONENTS OF LARGER APPLICATION SYSTEMS, INTEGRATE APPLICATIONS WITH EACH OTHER AND CONTINUOUSLY OPTIMIZE THE SYSTEM STRUCTURE TO IMPROVE STABILITY AND PERFORMANCE. RESEARCH USER REPORTED ISSUES, IDENTIFY ROOT CAUSES AND RESOLUTIONS, IMPLEMENT FIXES, AND LIAISE BETWEEN BUSINESS FUNCTIONS, END USERS, AND TECHNICAL DELIVERY TEAMS. CREATE TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND USE CASES, INCLUDING SCREEN LAYOUTS, NAVIGATION FLOWS, LOGIC DIAGRAMS, DATA MODELS, AND PROCESS MODELS.

Requirements

Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Bioinformatics, or a related field and one (1) year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have one (1) year of related work experience involving each of the following:
  • Performing Unit testing, Regression testing, Automation testing utilizing Selenium for web automation and Appium for mobile automation;
  • Performing defect resolution in HP Quality Center (HPQC) and Jira for various commercial applications and state level health care applications including enrollment, billing, and provider.
  • Performing data driven testing utilizing JDBC (Java Database Connectivity) as a data source and configuring sql queries to comply data from the Oracle database;
  • Creating Test strategy, Test Case scenarios, and executing Test Cases in HPQC;
  • Supporting QA Testing efforts, including System, Regression, and Integration for all current and recurring software releases for distributed technology platforms, including Salesforce, .NET, and Java;
  • Providing mobile automation testing using Appium, Java, and Android Studio.
