Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Specialist, Customer & Marketing, Digital Customer in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Provide salesforce software development and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Design and develop software and CRM (customer relationship management) applications for customizable cloud hosted applications to meet industry needs. Design custom solutions on force.com and salesforce lightning platforms to complete business process automations within the service industry enhancing businesses digital experience, CTI (computer telephony integration), and IVR (interactive voice response) technologies. Perform continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) for solutions and automate the testing pipeline. Analyze and integrate software with native crm solution for correspondences, fulfillment, and self-service portals built using salesforce community cloud for partners and customers. Optimize the execution and response time of the running applications on shared environment by reducing the algorithmic time complexities and increasing the asynchronous processing. Perform digital modernization and migration of legacy web-based client server crm applications to force.com platform utilizing salesforce sales cloud, salesforce service cloud, and salesforce community cloud. Design data models capable of handling large transaction volume in multitenancy architecture within the required limits.

Requirements

Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Bioinformatics, Engineering (Any), Computer Science, or a related field and one (1) year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have one (1) year of related work experience involving each of the following:
  • PROTOTYPING SOLUTIONS CONSIDERING SALESFORCE MULTITENANT ARCHITECTURE LIMITATIONS, AND PROVIDING INSIGHTS TO STAKEHOLDERS;
  • PERFORMING STATE SYSTEM ANALYSIS TO IDENTIFY AREAS OF APEX CODE, TRIGGER, AND OVERALL CODE AND PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT LONG RUNNING QUERY ANALYSIS, PLATFORM OPTIMIZATION, AND IMPLEMENTING TECHNICAL TWEAKS;
  • UTILIZING SALESFORCE CRM TO IMPLEMENT SALES, SERVICE, AND COMMUNITY CLOUD SOLUTIONS BY LEVERAGING OUT OF THE BOX (OOB) FEATURES INCLUDING SALESFORCE LIGHTNING PROCESS BUILDER, SALESFORCE LIGHTENING APP BUILDER, WORKFLOW, AND VISUAL FLOWS;
  • DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING SINGLE PAGE APPLICATIONS USING SALESFORCE VISUALFORCE, SALESFORCE LIGHTNING COMPONENTS, APEX, SOAP AND REST WEB SERVICES FOR INTEGRATION, SALESFORCE COMMUNITY BUILDER FOR BUILDING PARTNER AND CUSTOMER PORTALS, DATA LOADER, WORKBENCH, AURA COMPONENTS, FLOSUM PIPELINE FOR DEPLOYMENT AUTOMATION, ANT MIGRATION TOOL, LDS (SALESFORCE LIGHTNING DATA SERVICE), AND SLDS (SALESFORCE LIGHTNING DESIGN SYSTEM);
  • UTILIZING APEX PROGRAMMING TO IMPLEMENT CUSTOMIZATION LOGIC, EXECUTE FLOW, AND TRANSACTION CONTROL STATEMENT ON SALESFORCE LIGHTNING PLATFORM;
  • CREATING APEX REST (REPRESENTATIONAL STATE TRANSFER) AND SOAP APIS (SIMPLE OBJECTS ACCESS PROTOCOL APPLICATION PROGRAMMING INTERFACE) TO INTEGRATE THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS WITH SALESFORCE AND EXCHANGE SALESFORCE DATA;
  • PERFORMING CODE MIGRATION ACROSS SALESFORCE INSTANCES USING ECLIPSE INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT (IDE), APACHE ANT, AND CHANGE SETS, AND PERFORMING DATA MIGRATION USING SALESFORCE DATA LOADER OR SALESFORCE WORKBENCH;
  • IMPLEMENTING SINGLE SIGN ON, TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATIONS, AND IDENTITY CONNECT TO SECURE AND DEFINE ACCESS TO SALESFORCE SYSTEM;
  • CREATING REST API OUT OF SALESFORCE TO EXPOSE REQUIRED FEEDS TO EXTERNAL SYSTEMS INCLUDING MULESOFT AND INFORMATICA;
  • CONFIGURING QUOTING PRODUCT UTILIZING SALESFORCE CPQ (CONFIGURE, PRICE, QUOTE) AND MAINTAINING THE CLM (CONTRACT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT); AND
  • CONFIGURING THE SALESFORCE SERVICE CLOUD WITH CTI FUNCTIONALITY USING OPEN CTI ADAPTERS FROM SALESFORCE APPEXCHANGE TO ENHANCE SUPPORT USER AND DIGITAL EXPERIENCE IN CALL CENTERS USING SALESFORCE PLATFORM DEVELOPER AND SALESFORCE LIGHTENING APP BUILDER.
