What You Will Do:
Technical Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive training and quality strategy to support field and technical support operations.
New hire onboarding and training, ongoing training, product training, technical training, relational skills, etc.
Establish and implement standards to operate a best in class training environment enabling a greater customer experience and increased employee engagement
Oversee Quality Management system procedures and performance to identify deviations from quality training standards
Identify opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality processes
Devise and reviewing training specifications for products and processes
Develop, track, and report key training metrics for field and technical support services
Partner with cross-functional, cross-departmental, and cross-divisional leaders to develop, and implement future potential training offerings
Knowledge and Capabilities:
Proven advanced skill set in public speaking and presenting
Strategic planning and forward thinking enabling efficient and effective growth
Ability to effectively adjust communication to varied audiences
Advanced organizational skills
Effective Project Management and/or event planning capabilities
Understanding of Quality Management Systems and processes
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years relevant experience required
Strong interpersonal communication skills required
Must be highly proficient in applications within Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency within SAP, Salesforce.com, ServiceMax and/ or similar CRM and ERP systems preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain standing and/or walking for an extended period
Ability to exert up to 75lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs of force to constantly move objects
