What You Will Do:

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive training and quality strategy to support field and technical support operations.

  • New hire onboarding and training, ongoing training, product training, technical training, relational skills, etc.

  • Establish and implement standards to operate a best in class training environment enabling a greater customer experience and increased employee engagement

  • Oversee Quality Management system procedures and performance to identify deviations from quality training standards

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures

  • Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality processes

  • Devise and reviewing training specifications for products and processes

  • Develop, track, and report key training metrics for field and technical support services

  • Partner with cross-functional, cross-departmental, and cross-divisional leaders to develop, and implement future potential training offerings

Knowledge and Capabilities:

  • Proven advanced skill set in public speaking and presenting

  • Strategic planning and forward thinking enabling efficient and effective growth

  • Ability to effectively adjust communication to varied audiences

  • Advanced organizational skills

  • Effective Project Management and/or event planning capabilities

  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems and processes

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 5+ years relevant experience required

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills required

  • Must be highly proficient in applications within Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proficiency within SAP, Salesforce.com, ServiceMax and/ or similar CRM and ERP systems preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain standing and/or walking for an extended period

  • Ability to exert up to 75lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs of force to constantly move objects
