Job Description

Senior Customer Representative, Scientific Affairs – Madison, WI:

Design, improve, adapt and implement company’s cow health monitoring equipment/products and solutions (also known as Allflex Livestock Intelligence (ALI) products) which is focused on animal identification, monitoring and traceability, to the North American dairy farming market. Conduct advanced product training to the application specialist team to support the organization’s proprietary dairy cow monitoring products and solutions. Train and commission distributors on the ALI product line. Document and communicate design changes to SCR R&D to improve product offering. Manage and resolve warranty related issues to improve SCR product offerings. Provide onsite and remote training and support for product line, providing troubleshooting as needed. Manage new product beta test sites. Develop and deliver training materials for distributor certification. Support the sales process where application is required. Train customers and distributors in the SCR products’ software and user interface. Manage testing, quality control and documentation.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree (or U.S. equivalent) in Management. Must have 5 years of experience in designing, developing, implementing, troubleshooting and providing technical support and training on cow health monitoring products and solutions. Must have experience in the development and delivery of animal identification and milking products such as Entrance ID for side parlor and swing over parlor, rotary entrance ID, Master Card communication, and sorting gate-gate timing. Must have experience in the design, development and implementation of training programs/courses on cow monitoring systems and milk monitoring systems software. Must have experience in training customers on animal monitoring products including how to enter, interpret and analyze data from cow monitoring products. Must have knowledge of SCR monitoring models and hardware (such as: Infrared Activity monitors, cSense and eSense advanced digital monitors, Long Distance Activity monitors, SenseHub Linux controller and antenna), SCR milk monitoring models and its related systems and hardware (such as: Milking Control MC200 and MC201 Electronic Milk monitoring systems, Milk meter, pulsator) and sort gate systems. 40 hours per week-M-F-9am – 5pm. Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
