Summary:

The Ashley Express Specialist will effectively participate in the Company’s Ashley Express program. This individual will display traits to promote a positive and professional environment. The Ashley Express Specialist will integrate goals and objectives to enhance and increase business and consistently seek new and innovative methods to improve processes within the department and company.
The Ashley Express Specialist is responsible for the day to day management of the Ashley Express set-up process, ordering process and future development. This person will be assigned to accounts to help them get set-up and also work with them to ensure their success. Additionally, this person will participate in overall program improvements to help improves the overall Ashley Express business.
Responsibilities:

  • Work with accounts, marketing specialists and internal departments, including credit, customer service, EDI and fulfillment, to get a dealer set-up on the Ashley Express program.
  • Analyze opportunities for assigned accounts and work with account and marketing specialist to implement.
  • Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing information and evaluating results to optimize dealer satisfaction and company sales.
  • Collaborate with the IT department on current system functionality as well as system improvements.
  • Assist management team with new marketplace initiatives.
  • Work with multiple departments to solve issues.
  • Analyze data and statistics to manage vendor product flow.
  • Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
